MULTI-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Bathroom & Kitchen Silicone Application
Silicone application completed across 85 residential units, including 42 one-bedroom and 43 two-bedroom homes. The work included sealing around toilets, shower diverters and arm trims, and sinks in kitchens and bathrooms.
TOILET SEALING
Sealed around the toilet base to prevent moisture.
SHOWER SEALING
Sealed around shower trim and plumbing penetrations.
SINK SEALING
Sealed along the sink and countertop edges.
